GSP vs BJ Penn II (simply the highest profile fight that could be made at the time)

GSP vs Matt Hughes II (Id really become a huge fan of GSP since the first fight,and thought Hughes wasnt going to be able to get out w his title this time.)

Fedor vs Nogueira II + III (just two of my all time favorites..the way the 2nd ended fed the fuel for the 3rd)
