The Ryan Hall av looks like he's doing the Barberena "Sage impersonation", except during the fight and not after it.

It’s usually more like look really awkward while losing for the majority of the fight and then pull off a big KO or win a decision that he probably should have lost.

It might not be pretty at times, but it is surprisingly effective more often than not.

Funny, but another thread with ATT says not to do separate cardio but to get your cardio through practicing, yet Derrick said he did some running. He aint with Top Team, I imagine.

I like BB, he seems pretty self aware and is just clearly living his best life. Doesn't sound dumb at all in my opinion.
