Who Should Tony Fight Next?

It's clear to see that Tony Ferguson is on the downward slope of his career. However he's still a character and will make a fight exciting if given the chance. So who is the best matchup for gatekeeper Tony at this point in his career? I'd go with Dan Hooker. He's on a 2 fight skid himself, but it seems like it could be a FOTN candidate.
