Sandhagen looks like he needs to work on strength conditioning

He looked weak as hell out there for being the bigger guy. Most the strikes looked like arm strikes, and anytime there was any grappling he just passively let it happen. A damn gazelle out there.
 
He needs to work on cutting 10 Ibs less weight and fight in that according weight class.
 
Sandhagen eye to eye with DC fighting in the 5’5 and below division. Lol.

He is taller not bigger.. that's why I laugh when idiots discredit tall guys like Izzy for beating shorter guys in their division.

Being taller comes with some disadvantages too and usually its a strength disadvantage.

You saw it here 1st hand, TJ was just imposing his strength on the taller but weaker Sandhagen.

Sandhagen gave up too much ground and gave TJ too much forward momentum instead of planting his feet more and putting more on his shots. But he wasn't comfortable doing it because he was worried about TJ' strength
 
He is in a caloric deficit year round to make 135.

Once he is done with puberty he will let his body fill out and move to 145s
