How do you defend against the level change into the overhead right? (Khabib v. Conor)

I think more and more wrestlers have been leveling changing to get their opponents to drop their hands and then coming over the top with the overhead right.

I think Khabib did a excellent job of doing that against Mcgregor and getting a knockdown cause of it.

My question is, any ideas what's the best way to defend against that?

how do you counter someone who level changes and throws the overhand right when you are worried about the takedown?

Say hi to Conor and Stipe in the shadow realm

while you drop your hands to get underhooks you move away from punching range too. Just don't defend it by throwing your legs back and your head to the front.
