Oliveira is from a favela. Not everyone from Brazil lives like that. A colleague of mine did a stint down in Brazil as the company’s head of marketing. He had a pretty nice place within a gated compound but he did need to drive a bulletproof car.

Ngannou was also the poorest of the poor in Cameroon. That’s not the average Cameroonian kitchen.
