I can’t enjoy watching non-combat sports. I like to play the games, like a game of basketball with my friends. but I don’t enjoy watching other people play them. That’s just me tho. & it’s worth noting that I never participated in conventional sports as a kid, so I’m sure that’s a large part of that

From a cinematography perspective, sure? You do you. Not sure how that's at all a relevant comparison.
What part of that criteria did MMA not meet? It is literally an individual competing against another for our entertainment. It's literally a competition based on grueling physical exertion.
Why is throwing a ball considered any more of a sport? Why does the American fascination with paying our entertainers insane incomes validate someone's career? Why am I indulging a troll on Sherdog?
