Well of course people are emotionally invested, if you're not you don't like sport, to get a tattoo of a sport personality is fucking tragic but the very fact you like a sport means you're emotionally invested, otherwise what are you doing?

This. As funny and shitty that tattoo is it's pathetic if it's really tattooed onto someone. Like if you ever ran into him and showed him that tattoo what do you think is going to happen? Like you are going to take down his entire empire and ruin his life? No! He's going to laugh his ass off that he made such an impact on your life you got a tattoo of him to make yourself feel better.
