I see a lot of threads on fighters are not getting paid fairly, what exactly is your definition for fair fighter pay?
Jon does make about $5 mil a fight. Jon has said this repeatedly, multiple times.They need pay better quicker if that makes any sense. Many guys take way to long to even break 100k with the company after many fights.
Consistent top 5 ranked fighters in each division should be making millions per year also. Slight increases to Champs in every higher weight class. HW Champs should make the most of the lot by a couple of million a year.
Top fighters like Jones maybe don't deserve 30 million per superfight but 5-10 should be mandatory.
