Yoel Romero was already twitching in his eye against Adesanya, and was just stopped from fighting in Bellator because of it. How was he able to fight in the UFC? Not to mention Bisping had multiple fights with literally one eye. Are the UFC’s mandated physicals professional or not? This could lead to lawsuits in the future.

He probably had the letters in the vision test memorized or something, Bisping spoke briefly about how he was able to pass the evaluations with Rogan, but didn't go into much detail about it
The evaluation is probably a lot different for Bellator as well

Because mma is watched mostly by retards.

I guess so, I thought it might be a new Sherdog game to blame the UFC for stuff that was the responsibility of the commissions - medicals, judges, referees, the rulebook etc.

Of course some of the minor promotions have their fights on reservations but even they have commissions after a fashion.

Most likely Bisping did not have his eye removal surgery until after his final UFC fight. It seems unlikely that he could have fooled a doctor about the fact he had a prosthetic eye, and the commission, if they knew about it, would not have let him fight with one.

The commission does the pre-fight physicals but I think in some cases the UFC does arrange for fighters to get evaluated and/or treated by other doctors (e.g., Khamzat Chimaev, Spencer Fisher).
