This outcome would probably do more for Petr's popularity than the victory, haha. Controversial and divisive outcome, talking trash to some notable fighters.

The rematch (if it happens) might even become a main/co-main event of a PPV, which would be huge for both guys. All of a sudden the BW division got it first rivalry since TJ-Cody.

It vaguely reminds me of his first (very, very controversial loss) to Magomed Magomedov back in 2016. The buildup to the rematch and the event itself were absolutely huge by the Russian MMA standards, and Petr brought his A-game that night.
