How does Sal D'Amato still have a job?

How does this guy still continue to judge multiple fights night in and out?

It's just mind boggling so many people agree with this guy from Sherdog, when this guy fucks up more than Warmachine when judging fights.

It's simply repulsive what this guy is doing to the fighters' careers and this guy keeps getting fights to judge. It's fucked up. It's just as appalling that so many people on Sherdog agree with this guy, but I guess just bleed nubs gonna do just bleed nub things.

I think this guy shouldn't be judging fights really, but he has been fucking fighters over and over and over but still getting paid to fuck people over.
