Interesting how MMA evolved to counter wrestling (wide stance) now the game has caught up with leg kicks to the lower leg

Will fighters adopt a more upright Muay Thai stance to combat this?

I thought so too but Poirier won standing, Holloway looked sensational lunching, Adesanya doesn't grapple, Stipe strikes, Jan been striking, etc.

I feel like it went BJJ > wrestler boxer > current era (anti Rd/volume striking)

Hooker has always been super hittsble also, I don't know of he's a good measure
