What exactly are the "vegas odds" that get cited during fights?

Is it a particular casino's odds or do they get odds from a few and average them?

ESPN uses Caesar's Sportsbook by William Hill so that's the odds that the broadcast will use.

Do they usually say what sportsbook? From what I recall, they (Jon Anik usually) often just say "vegas odds" without the logo of any sportsbook.

When Buffer is doing fighter introductions, on the fighter info graphic beside the odds it has been having the DraftKings logo.

I would assume that Anik's odds should match those but I don't know
