At that point in time, the Official Sherdog Fight Finder was calling him Lyoto "Ryoto" Machida.

I wish that I took a screen capture of Sherdog's entry for Machida. I vaguely recall that that specific name lasted for a considerable amount of time. However, Sherdog was definitely calling him Lyoto "Ryoto" Machida with absolutely no mention of "The Dragon" or any other nickname.
