Francis is actually more technical than it appears in some of his fights. It's probably nerves.

It's really cool to see the boxing legends working with MMA guys. That said Ngannou should really be working with the likes of Cael Sanderson and Marv Marinovich to get improve his wrestling and cardio, the areas that failed him in his last title challenge.

I wonder if the advice Atlas is giving him is any help in an mma fight since the angles, timing, stance etc is so different for obvious reasons

Well it's nice that he is getting some tips from these legends. But it takes more than a five minute conversation to really make that useful. If he is going back to the gym, incorporating that advice, and drilling it well to lock it in then it's devastating for his opponents.
