Poland is a misunderstanding. It is a country which lies on the frontier between western and slavic world, and which combines elements of both.

USADA falling hardest on American fighters, also America's obsession with no-pain, no-gain, hurts them long term in the gym. There are some really freaky things going on over there in terms of strength and conditioning, not just training, but enhancement products. You don't see armwrestlers like this in the US.
