At first I wanted to say he might be too green for any of them but those are reasonable choices.
 
Beats them all at the same time in a Royal Rumble.
 
Easily beats Maia, arguably the easiest fight of his career.
 
Honestly I would take him as the favourite against all the fighters listed above except Costa who could pose some denger but aside from that Chimaev can still smash him

Bold means I believe he wins.

Italics means that I can see him having a good shot from the skills he has and how he puts it together.

However this is highly speculative as we don’t know about his potential ceiling. I believe it’s very very high though.

That list contains: Adesanya, Till, Romero, Hermansson, Cannonier, Edwards & Masvidal.
 
almost everyone on that list beats him, beating 3 scrubs doesn’t make you elite.
He gets 3-4 wins at most.

The way I like to look at is this: How many of those above fighters beat their first three UFC cans? And how many of those are GOAT?
And before "but he did it in 66 days"- Ok, old school guys were doing 3+ fight tourneys in one night, so 66 days looks like child's play in comparison. Virtually every guy on the above list would/could beat 3 cans in a month if it were sanctioned.

I haven’t seen enough lol. He might be able to run through everyone as well as lose his next 3 figths.

My intuition tells me that he should stay at welter, he will do well over there. Most middleweights cannot cut to 170lbs, Chimaev is rather small for that division and it could turn ugly for him.
