Sure. And it sucks for kids who might identify with him and hear those things, but however cruel it may be, those kids will have to develop a really thick skin anyway, because they will hear much meaner things than rat lip from people/kids that are directly addressed to them personally, instead of towards someone they see on TV.

At least Khamzat is the second coming of the Just Bleed Messiah, so they will have a great fighter to look up to and see that he won't let himself get affected by people calling him rat lip.
