Seeing as there are loads of them at the moment, due to Covid. Gonna add everyone that signed after Grishin.

Jesse Ronson
Canada
Age - 34
LW/WW
Record : 21-10
Debut : Vs Nicolas Dalby - (Whittaker Vs Till)

Kind of a surprising signing seeing as he's lost two of his last three fights, although in his defence they were against Natan Schulte and Nikolay Aleksakhin who are both really good (though he got absolutely bodied in the Aleksakhin fight). Had an 0-3 run in the UFC in 2013/14, but all his losses were by split decision to good opponents (FKL, Prazeres and Trinaldo).

Aaron Phillips
USA
Age - 30
FW
Record : 13-3
Debut Vs Jack Shore (Kattar Vs Ige)

Another guy who's been in the UFC before, going 0-2 in 2014. He took some time off after that and since returning to competition in 2018 he's gone on a 6 fight win streak. Dunno if he's competing at FW or dropping to BW against Shore.

Malcolm Gordon
Canada
Age - 30
FLW
Record : 12-3
Debut Vs Aleksander Doksalchuk (Figuieredo Vs Benavidez II)

Flyweight on a 4 fight win streak, undefeated since 2016. Submitted former TUF competitor Yoni Sherbatov in his last fight. Was scheduled to be in the Brave Flyweight tournament that was supposed to take place this year that had Shorty Torres and Matheus Nicolau in it, so was getting ready for a step up to higher level competiton anyway.

Maxim Grishin
Russia
Age - 36
LHW
Record : 30-7-2
Debut Vs Marcin Tybura - 251

Interesting addition to the LHW division even though he's debuting at HW on short notice. PFL vet who's fought loads of high quality opposition over the years. Once he gets through this HW fight I think he'll make a good LHW gatekeeper.

Andreas Michailidis
Greece
Age - 31
MW/LHW
Record - 12-3
Debut Vs Modestas Baukauskas - Kattar Vs Ige

I don't know a great deal about this dude. He has a KO over UFC vet Marcel Fortuna which is noteworthy and his only loss in recent years is to Vladimir Mineev by KO, but Mineev is ranked UFC quality imo so I don't read too much into that. Fighting Modestas above his ideal weight, so we will see how he gets on.

Record - 12-3
Debut Vs Ramavan Emeev (Whittaker Vs Till)

Not sure who this guy is tbh. Lost a couple of times in BAMMA which isn't promising (once against Terry Brazier of Bellator), on a 4 fight win streak since, but doesn't seem to have fought anyone of note.

Also this guy, Kanako Murata;

2 of those guys seem somewhat decent on paper, but Jesse Ronson must have gotten a 1 fight contract with a12k purse, right? Curious about the real UFC debutants, especially that Greek dude

Sweet didn't know Murata had signed.

Kanako Murata
Japan
Age - 26
SW
Record : 11-1
Debut - TBA

Invicta SW champ Murata gets picked up. Only loss was against the much bigger Rin Nakai 4 years ago, went 2-0 in Invicta including a win against the pretty tough Emily Ducote. Also beat UFC vet Magana in Rizin as well as former TUF competitor Lachlana Green.

Good addition to the SW roster. Though poor Invicta are getting absolutely picked to pieces by the UFC at the moment with the signing of her to go with the recent signings of Jin Yu Frey, Miranda Maverick and Kay Hansen.

Yeah, just a guy who'll fight for cheap that they can get rid of easily when things go back to normal and they want to trim the roster back down to the usual size I think. Though sometimes those guys can spring the upset like Erosa did.

He's a kickboxer who actually listens to his coaches at SBG and now has a semi decent ground game. And one of his loses the guy is fighting in Bellator now. I'm kind of looking to see who he does at the next level.

Damn, thought original post was a joke post. Strawweight is the female Lightweight as far as depth of talent.
