JJ - after losing two in a row, she got a 2 title shots off of 1 fight win streaks
Cody Garbrandt - has lost 3 in a row but likely to get a title shot if he wins this weekend
Jose Aldo

Cerrone....kind of. He would get KO'd, TKO'd and never leave the top 10 until recently. Got to love those UFC rankings.

Yoel Romero. Dude loses every title fight (or fails to make weight) yet is always in title contention for some reason

Aldo is a top 5 all-time GOAT and has never lost to scrubs or anything besides his first loss hence why he is always close to title shota.
let me correct that for you. lost against Santos and Reyes, indeed
Good call. I wonder if Jones will try to avenge these two losses.

The UFC always favourd the American Wrestlers or very muscular guys that Are easy to market: DC and Romero, Randy used to be one of them, And Weidman or Overeem is always one or two wins away.

Assuncao, although he's never had a title shot and probably never will.
