All have come close to being dominant but have stumbled along the way.
 
Faber easily, he might not have gotten his hands on the UFC belt but he stayed at the top for a ridiculously long time. TJ is already 34 and Cody is on a 3 fight losing streak (Faber never lost 3 in a row).

Right now, Uriah is ahead. But TJ and Cody are still works in progress.
 
Faber is a sure fire hall of famer. Tj’s rep is tarnished right now and will need to go on one hell of a run to match Uriah’s legacy. Cody is as of now a flash in the pan that needs to prove he’s legit.
 
Cody blew his mental wad and and he goes in with a Wandy mindset and Schaub chin.
TJ was in goat talks then popped for some serious amounts of juice. And got knocked out while doing so.
Uriah made the smaller weight classes popular. And was always a top 10 talent. Across multiple divisions. I'd say that and his longevity would definitely make the argument favor him.
