Jessica Eye as a headliner to an event held by the supposed top MMA promoter in the world. That falls into the category of a joke that isn't funny.

Keep in mind though that we're still in the midst of a world pandemic, which means that the pool that the UFC can draw from is pretty shallow. Canadians can't fight in a UFC event, for example, because the US-Canada border is closed. Those fighters who don't train in the US will have the difficult to impossible task of getting to the US venue, for now. The UFC has a more international roster now than ever, so anyway get used to the shit cards for now, which the UFC will naturally do their best to convince you are great cards.
