Looking over T Wood's record, I noticed he had split decisions, majority decisions, and unanimous decisions. Am I missing something here?

Can someone explain the difference between a split decision and majority decision?

A majority decision is when one judge scores it as a draw if I remember correctly.

Majority decision is if 2 judges score a win and one scores a draw.
Split decision is if 2 judges score a win and one scores a loss.
Unanimous decision is if all 3 judges score a win.

^ answer above

Majority draws happen sometimes too and that’s when two judges score it as a draw and one judge scores it for one of the fighters

This type of comment makes zero sense.

Its a forum where people talk about things.

OP chose a topic to talk about instead of googling.

Just why man? Do you not like discussions on a forum?
I like discussing interesting things

Not topics which have a one sentence answer

But feel free to converse with this guy on the detailed nuances of what goes into different judging criteria, I'm all for it.
