That just shows how lucky Khabib was to avoid any losses, especially against Tibau. Khabib would not be interesting to anyone if he was not undefeated.

I am not sure about his discipline and dedication to the sport. But from a marketing standpoint, he never improved. Never tried enough to learn english, or interact with non russian(american and international) speaking fanbase. UFC is about money. He does not have a promotional value. Trying to promote him will bring you a very low return on your investment, compared a lot of other guys who are being promoted much better
