Felder vs. Hooker Rematch?

If Felder doesn't retire, and Hooker isn't given much chance against Justin, and Justin still wants to wait for the titleshot, should the rematch be next? The majority of Sherdog thought Felder won and the fight was rated high enough (8+/10), and it was FOTN; so is there any reason not to rematch?

Please, Paul out struck Edson, did more damage and was the aggressor. Felder won but it was close.

Hooker got beat clearly, not the same thing.
