Absolutely! It is sad to watch him nowadays. He lives in his fantasy world where he thinks Ngannou beat him only by a lucky punch and that he would win 9 out of 10 times. Hopefully his last fight confronted him with reality.
He stopped Black Beast less than a year ago. Maybe the top guys like Stipe, Big Frank and C-Blay are too much for him, but he still belongs in the division. Unless his heart's not in it.
Yes he should. His day is done. The UFC need to give him a big payout to finish his career. He has provided his moment of excitement in the sport and deserves a healthy retirement paycheck.
He can still fight, but he still hasn't fixed his weakness of backing up into the cage and getting pummeled. Sad to see. He'll beat up on the bottom of the top ten though.
