The only time I watch him was against DJ. I don't know much about him and I know he didn't do well in his last match but damn wtf does were some nice judo throws. Is this something new in his arsenal? Or he always fight like this ?
 
Think its the style of bjj that Nova Uniao teaches.

He got some pretty sick throws in his last fight, on someone known for similar throws no less.
 
They were super fun throws he hit, like 3 or 4 at least.
IIRC he gave DJ a fair go for his money in their rematch even in the clinch, scrambles and wrestling, which really shows how good is he because DJ is amazing.
 
His throws were sick but dude got corpse in an upright position at one point by Askarov, it was bizarre.
 
Askarov hands were way too much for him. But what a wild fight. He was literally blocking with his face.
 
Those are throws most novice bjj competitors learn
