The Reem dominated him for 5 rounds, on the ground and on the feet...het just got caught in the last few seconds of the fight and did a good defensive job throughout the fight.
This win is more or less like Black Beast's win on Volkov...get beat up for five rounds and go for broke in the last few secs. We all know BB had heavy hands but no one was this hype up about him as a fighter.

dont worry, Nougannou is KOing him into oblivion inside 2 minutes ...

Guy is 10-0...with 9 KOs...

Finished everybody in the UFC...

I think if you look at the current State of the HW Division...it is justified

he trained MMA for max 2-3 years, fought 4 times this year and knocked reem the fuck out.

thats more impressive than a first round ko.

I haven’t seen too much crazy hype on him, especially after the Reem fight. But I also haven’t been lurking on here as much.

He seemed horrible!! But then again Reem had a good game plan, until he got hit!!

Very true what TS said. I think Rozenstrike is a bit better than the black Beast.
Better chin and combinations

It's sherdog tradition to overhype up and coming contenders, but to be fair I'd say 1/4 of them usually end up delivering. We have good talent scouts here, when it isn't blatant ufc golden meal ticket shillery.

I agree, TS, people need to stop getting excited about fighters. Enjoying MMA is not about fun.

Francis should be fighting for the title. Instead he's fighting a guy who is being fast-tracked after a hail-mary punch and Christmas gift from Dan Miragliotta.

The reem dominated nothing on the feet at any point, he also lost the 4th and 5th rounds. A draw was very likely even if overeem survived due to 10-8 in the fifth

Well overeem is technically very difficult to beat unless you hit his shut off button. Definition of a glass cannon.

I suppose it comes down to this with rozenstruik, for me anyways: I'm not sold on him but heavyweight needs new life blood especially with ngannou on a rampage.

However he does have that kind of ridiculous power that separates him from the pack, he's got faster hands than ngannou, and he's technical at a high level as a result of fighting damn near 100 times as a kickboxing specialist.

name two better prospects
