Lots of takeaways.

I think the biggest one is that CSAC first got into this thinking they put in a max weight gain of 10%. That was rule #7 in their 10 point plan (here). But it turns out that half of UFC fighters would fail if they implemented that rule. Nope, can't do that.

Which is good. They had a hypothesis, they tested it, they found their original plan would have been too restrictive, and instead they've taken action on fighters who gain 14.9% or more, not 10% or more. That is exactly how policy change is supposed to take shape.

Another takeaway is how evenly distributed the numbers are. For example, there are as many people at 7-10% as there are at 10-13%.
