Have any fighters done the 20m shuttle run?

Foes anyone know of any times fighters have talked about doing the beep test/20 metre shuttle run? I wonder how the average ufc athlete would perform and if it would be a good measuring tool for their cardio. I think it would work better than regular road work because of the way the speed ramps up.

Yeah, the national sports institute for the Olympics, PanAm, world's etc.

Seeing some of the rowers there you can understand why GSP believes in aliens, they were superhuman.
