His prime was when he was koing mark munoz all the way through knocking out Anderson and defending 3 times vs anderson, machida, and belfort.

It was a short but dominant prime.

Luke could only hold onto the belt for 6 months before losing it to Bisping. Bisping defending it once vs hendo (who won IMO). Gsp didn't even defend, and Whitaker barely defended once in a split win over Romero.

Come at me with the chris' losing streak all you want. Hes still the most dominant champ since anderson. Hes just one of those guys who had a short prime.

He hit Mark Munoz one too many times to the head after he was already out, this is now karma.

Chris is a scumbag with fake sportsmanship. Seeing him get humbled never gets old.

Rockhold, Bisping, GSP, Whittaker all had a combined 1 title defense while the Weidman had 3.. So theoretically speaking, this is true.

True except it's not theoretical. It's concrete.

*technically.

Romero has a better resume but never became champ.
Shit sucks.

His prime was knocking out a dude who was never that good and then being the first to catch up to Father Time against a 38 year old Silva? And then suddenly fell off a very steep cliff the moment USADA came into play?

Rich Franklin was a better fighter and better champion. Weidman was one of the very few champions that I feel fully confident in saying was never actually that good.
