Weidman would have be completely idiotic to give Silva that fight. Same way Chuck was with the third Tito fight, why give him the chance when you are already up 2..

ya he's back while using experimental ped's to see if he will get caught or not by usada....silva's legacy imho will always be tainted from getting caught. He should hang them up for good, if he likes to fight competitively that's cool but he hasn't look great since he initially lost to weidman.
