Source? I know Phil has gone on record as saying "feed roids to everybody" but I don't recall any specific instances relating to kids. Wouldn't surprise me though.
I don't think anybody is truly a loving fan of Phil Baroni. He's just so absurd that it would be a travesty not to pretend to like him.
