Nobody cares about ppv anymore with the ESPN model.
Plus USA is not the only market, and ppv exists only in the US.
To resume, Khabib is a draw, and you're both salty about it.

but it does if it didnt khabibs fight against al wouldnt have been the 3rd biggest fight of 2018 .. and that was before he gained a crazy amount of popularity

as i said earlier that was his first ppv main headliner.. and to keep in mind tony and max pulled out literally 5 days before the fight and he fought someone no body knew and it still did 350k

Khabib is a badass and that is what should be the focal point. Ok, so he is not a draw like Conor but he is a much better fighter and is one of the best in all of MMA. Are we fight fans or are we just watching for the reality TV aspect?

Khabib is very popular now.
But are casuals going to pay money to see him fight like they do with Ronda, Conor, Brock, GSP or Jones?
So far, they haven't been. But time will tell.

he pulled more numbers than max vs ortega, darren till vs twood, cyborg, whittaker vs yoel 1-2 etc. he pulled more numbers vs rank 11 than 90% of the cards. only cards that surpassed him were jones and they were stacked to the gills every single one of them.
all that before the conor fight.
