He's shown to be a very solid ref in the past couple years or so since he started doing it; I'm always glad to see him in there because at least we know things will probably go smoothly haha. Needs to start gunning for Herb's status.

I hated it because I knew it meant he wouldn’t be able to teleport to RIZIN later on that night to commentate. Instead what we got was Ben Nguyen being awkward and uncharismatic with no chemistry with Joe the whole night. I’ll never hate Ben though, everytime I go on Instagram I see a highlight of him KO’ing that tatted Aussie guppy who likes to Greg Hardy on women so Ben is always cool with me but that commentary is low tier as shit
