3D printing. Anyone do it?

I bought my first 3D printer about 3 months ago after I found out how affordable they are now. My Ender 3 was the best $250 I've ever spent on a hobby.
It's very user-friendly, and there's tons of files online to download and print. I've been trying to learn some CAD and other modeling software to design my own stuff, but the programs aren't so user-friendly....
I'll post pics of some of my projects in the comments later on.

Cheap. Most rolls of filament (plastic) is around 30 bucks per kg. You can print a lot with that.

Glow in the dark?!?!? ......ok the inner child inside my brain is yelling at me to get a 3d printer now. I want one now and am opening a new tab to research costs and to get more info

Do it! I'm 49, and totally geeking out on this hobby. Lots of printer reviews on youtube.
Glow filament exists, but I read that it's hard on your nozzle. I just painted the statue with glow spray paint.

Not just knick-knacks.

Here's an upper receiver I printed for a .22 rifle. It's totally legal. Because America.

After researching myself, i chose the Ender 3 pictured above. About a 9x9 inch print area, and about 10" high.
The same company makes the Creality CR-10 with a bigger print bed for around $350.
Avoid Anet and Tevo brands. Check YouTube reviews.
