I just don't see how this guy is doing himself any favors making that cut all the way down to 155. His frame seems a natural fit at 170.

A lot of that going around.

The problem is moving up without taking a lot of time to adjust doesn't help either. It's actually probably better to move up and start vs easier opponents as you build out and get comfortable. The problem is you face people who will be cutting enormous amounts too to get a grappling advantage. Not every move up is successful. Also cuts do perm organ damage so it's possible that by the time they do move up their body is done. This has been an old story even in boxing. Sad =/
