Hard to compare because of multiple variables, but generally speaking boxers hit harder because they train punching more than MMA fighters.

Man I'd love to see Wilder in UFC so much, he is so perfect for it, he doesn't rely on crisp combo's or breaking down opponents, he just fucking lets go!!! he could put guys in a coma with the little UFC gloves. If he was taught TDD he would run through the amateurish slow old age pensioners in UFC HW, he'd kill them. Cormier's wrestling is world class and no TDD he can learn would be enough in time, but if Cormier was retired, then yeah he could fuck up a lot of the rest.
