Dude is a savage and hasn’t competed since last November when he destroyed Magny. He’s on a seven fight win streak and in a division full of killers he has been forgotten despite being on a seven fight win streak. Would like to see him in a number one contender fight next, possibly against Woodley. Really anyone you match him with should be fun. Who should this guy do battle with next?

Probably a lower ranked guy on a Conor prelim

Don’t know, but they better train eye pokes.

What his skill set? Only seen him 1 or 2 fights. He drug Magny on way longer than it should have went. Brawler with good TDD?

Two of Masvidal, Edwards and Pettis should fight each other

Ponzi should get the other one

Why not? Seems weird.

That's my main question over him, that he hasn't faced anyone super-high level, and thus it makes him tough to buy as a future championship threat until we see how he goes against a top 5-6 opponent.

Maybe Edwards, Zeleski, or Maia.

He's not going to get a high profile fight after turning down Till & Thompson tho, UFC is too spiteful. Plus Ponzi is no kind of draw whatsoever.

It was a fluke he beat magny. Run it back.

Oh shit, he turned them down? Didn't read anything about that, explains a lot if true. I've been eagerly awaiting him getting a top 5 to hopefully crush his cheating ass back to obscurity.

pretty much, but his TDD is still questionable. hasn't faced a real wrestler yet. we know more about what illegal tactics he likes to use than we do about his actual wrestling skill.

I don't know, but UFC needs to get their shit together and stop denying guys with 7 consecutive wins a contender fight.
