There are many factors besides who has the faster hands.

Overeem has faster hands than Ngannou (Overeems punch landed first) but Ngannou still knocked his head into outer space.

And I think Ngannou is a lot more durable than JDS at this point but we'll see.

I don't think JDS will hurt Francis, but if Francis lands on JDS he will put him away. Stipe pounded on Francis for 5 rounds and he just wouldn't go away. JDS doesn't have that kind of durability.
