Without broken bone non tap stoppages being counted, there are two that come to mind:

Jones/Machida
and
Karo Parisyan/some guy whos name I can't remember.

What I do remember is Karo putting this guy in some sort of back related sub...the guy was face down on the canvas and Karo had his back.
