Where are the prelims for Blach vs. Santos?

Looking for the prelims for this card in the US and sherdog just says this is an ESPN+ card but the prelims aren't listed on the app or site. The only thing I'm seeing is a link for the main card. Tried loading up my fight pass and it says the prelims are blacked out. Tried checking ESPN as well on TV with no luck. Anybody else having a similar issue?
