Heard him on the MMA show on the fan590 on Friday night talking about his training and Luke no longer with aka. He mentioned a couple of times how expensive it was to live and train in San Jose.

Cain has been out of action far too long far too many injruies. He was not going to be the cain that was on the rise. Ufc used him to out ngannou over because he is a big name, and cain could use the pay cheque.

When you compared Cain as he stood next to Ngannou in the octagon it made me wonder where all of Cain's muscles went. He just looked old and fragile and muscleless. It's as if he never trained for those two and a half years he was out of action.
