Is there a bird's view of Cain's KO?

Every image I see so far doesn't clearly show if and how he is being hit, hoping bird view will clear it up.

Notice how as soon as Francis connects both of Cain's legs go out at exactly the same. That seems like a flash KO, not simply that his left knee went out. Unfortunately he landed badly and popped his knee. Maybe the fight could have played out longer if it wasn't for the injury.
