- he thinks the stoppage by the ref was ok
- dehydration is not to underestimate
- there are studies about dehydration on soldiers (US-Army) and it explains pretty well what happened to TJ
- the most elite soldiers whenever they dehydrated the peformance suffered alot
- 2% dehydration suffers about 6% peformance
- he didnt liked how the weight cut looked on TJ
- wants to see that fight at 135

No, it wasn't TJ's performance that should be discussed. It's Henry's performance that won the fight. He looked fast, accurate and aggressive. TJ himself said he felt the best he ever did, even after the loss.

Zahabi is a thoughtful dude. He knows.

The additional weight cut was a terrible idea. If you are going to hang out on death’s doorstep and knock on the door in order to weigh in for a fight, it can’t be surprising when you are easy to beat up the following day.

Cejudo outsmarted the snake, props to him for doing everything he needed to do to win.

I agree, just watched the fight motion super slow mo replay and now I feel like it was actually a really good stoppage. Dana and Tj are obviously just salty because this stupid fucking plan blew up in their face.

cutting lots of weight does make u more susceptible to being ko'd

He's right. As much as tj is taking the loss like a petulant child I have no doubts the weight cut was a significant factor in the outcome.

TJ still needs to own up to the loss however. He accepted the terms of the fight and lost convincingly under them.

No one forced TJ to cut.

He wanted to be a double champ, he reached for glory and Henry chopped his hand off.

what he said and what we objectively see in the ring are two different things

Of course. Fighting outside the weight class where your body likes to be is going to have negative concequences, and going up or down to chase a superfight or to become a dual champ is a huge risk.

He might not believe in gravity, but he’s pretty much spot on here.

Everyone wants to keep making excuses and rationalization for TJ losing.

Cant Henry Cejudo just get some fucking credit

The stoppage was fine. Cejudo was bouncing TJ's head all over the place.. but dehydration does effect everything. Your body, mind, as well as your reaction time. People can't say it didn't make a difference, you can't know that unless they fight again at a higher weight.. if TJ is even the same fighter after that.

It's not discrediting Henry to say that. He's the man right now, he did awesome.
