Blown his cover and killed by Russian agents.

The dude was tough as fuck by all accounts. Just like Lee and Chan, properly trained woulda done aight.

The fist in Chuck's beard would've knocked out half the roster.

He would get destroyed with the training that he had.

Put him in a quality camp for a year or so, and he probably holds his own with a lot of legit Pro mma fighters his size.

Chuck Norris doesn’t win the ufc belt

The ufc belt wins chuck norris

Could you imagine the extra rules the Gracie family would’ve asked for if Norris entered ufc 1. I bet they would’ve demanded he shave his beard off.

There were no weight classes early on. He would have been taken down and smashed with his skill set. The earlier UFC's proved the dominance of grappling when it was skill vs skill.

Chuck was a judo black belt, but not a long time BJJ practitioner in his prime, he started BJJ when he was 45.

same thing that happened when Royce fought the black dragon, ron van clief.

didn't realize Chuck was a bjj blackbelt

I respect his real life fighting skills potential ever so slightly more now

Norris was an exceptional martial artist in his day but c'mon. He was a point Karate ( Tang Soo Do ) man. Far too many people see him listed as a world middleweight champion & automatically assume that he was a PKA or WKA full contact champion which is far from the truth. Chuck was a point fighter all the way & unlike his peers in Bill "Superfoot" Wallace & Joe Lewis he never ventured into the full contact or kickboxing game.
Yes, in later years he did train in BJJ with the Machado Bros but he was well into his forties by that time. And, by the time of UFC 1 he was approaching his mid-50s.
