Cejudo keeps making this claim which is no longer true. The youngest wrestling gold medalist in US history is actually Kyle Snyder who at the age of 20 won Gold at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games by defeating Azerbeijan's Khetag Gazyumov.

People need to put some respect on Kyle's name.

He was at the time which is still a terrific accomplishment.

Both wrong. Abdulrashid Sadulaev accomplished an Olympic Gold medal AND a World Gold medal, when he was months younger than Snyder.
 
He was at the time which is still a terrific accomplishment.

This. Snyder is the better wrestler, but what Cejudo did was still the youngest at that time. Plus I'd say Cejudo was more built for a MMA crossover than super short 205 Snyder.
 
Maybe Cejudo means at the time, in 2008, when he won the gold, he was the youngest?
 
would never believe that dude holding that flag was 20 years old...
