I mean, the time is now. Dude is an all around badass with power in his fists, BJJ black belt and top notch wrestling.

Not sure what the UFC has planned for this guy but it doesn’t look like they want to do much with him.

I’d bet he could hang with some of these top bantamweights.

He should be dude a top 10 matchup now, instead he's got a tough matchup against another unheralded and unranked but tough guy.

Hopefully he doesn't end up going the Leo Santos route.

He's not the least bit marketable so the UFC will continue to throw tough matchups at him because he's a major threat to their potential stars and even if he wins them all (like Assuncao did) they'll just keep delaying his title shot until he's too old to compete anymore.

But unlike Assunção, Barcelos is a Just bleed disciple that puts on bonus award worthy performances consistently. What's not marketable about him?
