so if you were to pic one other exorcise aside from squat and do it 3 times a week heavy as a main lift what would u choose
 
overhead squat- that shit is hard enough!

actually front squat should go in there too!
 
A good complete workout program can be based entirely on squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, pullups, and dips.
